Jeana Abadejos

Hi, I’m Jeana and I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist from San Diego. My practice focuses on anxiety and trauma, specifically generational trauma and exploring cultural identity. Growing up as a 2nd gen Filipino American, I understand the complexities and pain that can come from being a child of immigrants. I help clients unlearn unhealthy toxic thoughts and ideas passed down from our parent’s experiences. Reclaim their identity and live a more authentic and genuine life.

I also have a passion project called, My Therapy Buddy Journal, which is a mental health journal that can accompany your therapy sessions. It helps break down your mental health goals and includes prompts to help make your mental health journey more organized.
